A complete cinematography course for videographers mastering the highest-paying niche in commercial film.
Every week, a new videographer
asks me the same question:
How do you make clinics look like that?
No fluff. No guru theatrics. Just the exact system I use to produce cinematic clinic content for clients paying $3,000 to $15,000 per project.
How to enter the medical aesthetics niche from zero — portfolio strategy, pricing psychology, and the legal/privacy rules that apply to clinic work. Why clinics pay 3-5× more than weddings.
The discovery call script, the space audit, and the universal 40+ shot list I use on every clinic project. Plus: a complete client intake form template you can send tomorrow.
Sony A7R V and A7 III settings for clinical interiors. The 3-lens kit that covers every shot. Managing fluorescent harshness. The hero gimbal tracking move that sells every clinic tour.
The 60/90/120-second clinic edit structure. Color grading the warm-clean clinical look. My custom LUT pack (yours). Music licensing that sounds premium without sounding stock.
How to price clinic packages from $1,500 to $15,000. Contract clauses that protect you. The payment schedule that gets you paid upfront. The delivery workflow that earns referrals.
How to turn one clinic shoot into a $3K-$8K monthly retainer. Building a 6-month content calendar. The productized offer that lets you serve 5-10 clinics simultaneously.
I'm Shahab Balamchi — a commercial cinematographer based in Toronto and the founder of Divan Group. For seven years, I've filmed the clinics, med spas, and aesthetic practices that shape how the beauty business is seen.
My work lives in Toronto, Montreal, Dubai, and Los Angeles — across 40+ clinics, 5,000+ hours behind the lens, and client contracts from Roda Clinic to Dr. Ariyana, Mouna Medispa, Alora, and dozens more.
This course is the book I wish existed when I started. Every lighting setup, every pricing model, every contract clause, every mistake — documented and taught with the precision of someone who lives this work, not someone who read about it.
The first hundred names receive founder pricing, lifetime access, and a private Q&A call before public launch.

No. The course is shot on Sony A7R V and A7 III, and the settings sections reference these bodies — but 95% of the techniques are camera-agnostic. If you shoot on Canon R5, Lumix S5, or FX3, you'll apply the same principles with minor setting adjustments.
This course assumes you know how to operate a camera — exposure, focus, basic composition. It's designed for videographers with 2+ years of experience who want to specialize in a higher-paying niche.
Yes. Every module will be available with both English and Persian subtitles. Select modules will also have Persian voiceover versions recorded by Shahab for the Iranian diaspora and MENA markets.
This course is primarily for videographers. However, clinic owners and marketing managers who want to brief their videographers better — or learn what to look for when hiring — will find the pre-production, shot list, and pricing modules especially useful.
