Privacy notice

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact or waitlist forms: your name, email, clinic or city, and your message. The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no tracking pixels. The film on the homepage plays automatically and muted from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain; every other video loads only after you press play.

How we use it

To reply to you. Form submissions are delivered by email to balamchi@divangroup.ca through a transactional email service and are not added to any marketing list. Waitlist members receive Academy announcements only, and can leave the list by replying to any email.

Your rights

Ask at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you: balamchi@divangroup.ca. Cinematic Clinic is operated by Shahab Balamchi, Toronto, Canada, as a Divan Group production.
